1. Voluntary Cultural Research & Nature of Activity

By registering for this event, I understand and agree that the Little Worlds Assembly (operated by Belarusian Representative Assembly, Inc. is a collaborative, non-commercial cultural research initiative and peer-to-peer community assembly. I acknowledge that I am participating as a voluntary independent researcher/observer, not as a commercial tourist or consumer.

2. Assumption of Risk

I explicitly acknowledge that these field expeditions involve active walking on public sidewalks, navigating urban streets, using public transit, entering diverse crowded markets, and consuming regional culinary tastings. I voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with these activities, including but not limited to: slip-and-fall injuries, traffic hazards, weather exposure, theft or loss of personal property, and food-related allergic reactions or illnesses.

3. Comprehensive Release and Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, acquit, and forever discharge the Organization, its founders, directors, coordinators, and volunteer Cultural Ambassadors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of any physical injury, psychological injury, illness, economic loss, or property damage I may sustain during or as a result of my voluntary participation in the expedition.

4. Medical Responsibility

I confirm that I am medically, physically, and mentally fit to participate in a 4-hour urban walking environment. I agree that I am solely responsible for managing my own safety, mobility, medications, and dietary restrictions. The organization does not provide medical insurance, commercial transit protection, or first-aid guarantees.

5. Photographic & Narrative Release

I understand that this project documents living history. By participating, I grant the Organization the right to include my voluntary statements, shared migration stories, or photographic likeness captured during the public assembly into its non-profit digital cultural archive and educational media.
